New Magnets.com Web site: Survey Results
A few weeks ago we announced that we’re creating a brand new Web site, set to launch toward the end of summer, complete with the newest online and e-commerce technologies.
We also asked our customers to take a short survey about which Web features and capabilities are most important to them…and here are the results (of course, we certainly appreciate everyone’s time and assistance!).
In a nutshell our customers want it all including being able to:
- Track their orders
- Design their magnets online
- Immediately see a proof online
- Easily place a reorder
- Choose a ‘value option’ magnet
In fact, we’re going to incorporate each option and all specific feedback provided into our new Web site! Stay tuned as we’ll be detailing specific site features, including the above, and providing sneak peeks.
